# Conclusion
This paper promises a workable approach to establishing world peace incentivized on an individual basis. Its approach is measured by its measure of treaty commitments. Current treaties are measured this way as well. How many nations, bodies or organizations have signed or not signed a sustainable oceans pledge, or a refugee commitment before it is considered in force, etc.
Obviously if we could get all 8 Billion people to magically sign this “agreement over war” treaty option, there would simply be no one left to fight and the world would be in less conflict. The only question here is whether the 100 Million certificates we intend to issue in this game will be enough to make enough of a difference. And yet this question has already been answered. We have already made a difference, and every step further of attention it gains makes a whole bunch of new ripples and less reason for conflict, well before its intended result of reaching 100 Million.
This is an incremental engine, not just an ideal. It is a campaign of both large and small consequences and with each step of success, it helps impact and inspire personal responsibility. The resulting collaboration (and synergy) make the world work better. Every single step matters. It is like a vote in humanity. Each individual signer contributes to an “each one, teach one” basis of grass roots membership, mentorship and leadership producing more forward movement in the world. It makes conflict less relevant.
There has never been any initiative with this specific measurable approach to involving masses of people in making the world work for all of us. That is Buckminster Fuller’s World Game model.
