# Treaty Tech Specs
*The following is a tech outline ready for bids. It has some duplication in it, intentionally.*
On a simple level, the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) is about creating an audience matching an array of post conversion ecommerce. It is housing a database of users performing user actions (that earn loyalty points)
[The Treaty ](http://100percent.site/treaty)is a unique expression of human sovereignty, Each signer produces 1 out of 100,000,000 numbered certificates to be issued. The first 100 are set aside for VIP’s and will be hand chosen, while the rest are first come, first served. Each successive user generates a unique ID and an opportunity to generate at least one NFT record of the experience. They have a wallet in waiting.
Some of these users will actually be able to generate two different types of NFT records, depending on which stage of launch they entered, the prelaunch, or the launch. During prelaunch, one can enter by (a) the waitlist, or they can skip the waitlist time by doing our [survey](http://isthereenough.org/survey) (which is presently hosted on Typeform) to get immediate access. Both options as seen on [100percent.site/treaty ](http://100percent.site/treaty) bottom of page.
A successful pre launch strategy is designed to amass at least 50,000 users, and as many as 500,000 or more, and then upon release of the official launch, make it possible for users to “execute” their live approvals within a day of release allowing us to surpass expectations we will have set with media, and make some global news. Each stage, launch and prelaunch, will generate a distinct NFT. A pre launch user would have rights to both NFTs, a pre and post launch.
We need an MVP that is in which people can join the prelaunch, pre approve the treaty language, be assigned a unique ID, and given a free user account entitling them to membership and lining them up for upsells. It should also give them an experience of a *wallet* which not only shows their cash, and NFT collectibles, but a new category we want to establish, a wallet of self-claimed human rights. The Treaty of Humanity is one of those rights. We want to see other constitutional efforts doing the same, using our tech. It should be thought of as “constitution tech” not just “treaty tech”. Any and all of these constitutional claims’ NFT’s generated would be included in a new Human Rights Wallet , and which one day can integrate global id. For MVP, just a DAPP interface where people can see such records, be offered upsells and programs, and engage in community communications etc.will be sufficient.
