Kindness Chains: NFTs can be passed on, with each recipient adding their own kindness video, creating a chain of interconnected acts. Each NFT holds monetary value, either in Kindness Coins, fiat, or both. When NFTs are linked, their value gets distributed into two buckets: the **Jackpot Bucket** and the **Pay It Forward Bucket**. The final recipient of the original spark receives 40% of the total value as the Jackpot, while 40% is distributed to each person in the chain via a pyramid distribution system.
The first person in the chain is incentivized to pay it forward, as they receive a portion of the value of every linked NFT thereafter. Additionally, 20% goes to the platform for expenses. Spark creators are also motivated to create high-quality kindness captures because ad revenue is funneled back into the value of the NFT, increasing its worth. The more viral the kindness capture goes on social media, the more value is generated for the chain overall. Conversely, low-quality kindness captures could stall a chain, while high-quality virality fuels it.
#### How It Works
1. **NFT Creation**: Each kindness act is recorded and turned into an NFT.
2. **Value Distribution**: When linked, the NFT's value is allocated into the Jackpot and Pay It Forward Buckets.
3. **Incentives for Participation**: Participants benefit from each link in the chain and are encouraged to contribute. The structure ensures that early participants gain a larger share of the rewards, motivating ongoing engagement and fostering generosity.
- Every participant receives a minimum guaranteed reward, ensuring no one walks away empty-handed.
- Every new link contributes to cumulative rewards, creating a win for all involved.
- Additionally, all participants receive a base reward of 2% for each new NFT linked, ensuring continuous engagement throughout the chain.

To encourage continued participation even in longer chains, we introduce:
- **Milestone Multipliers**: Bonuses for reaching key link milestones (e.g., 20, 40, 60 links) are distributed not just to the milestone achiever but also to those nearby, ensuring everyone feels rewarded. For instance, positions within 5 links of a milestone receive a proportionate bonus.
- **Universal Win Philosophy**: Every participant benefits, creating a culture of generosity and sustained engagement throughout the chain. This ensures that all participants, regardless of their position, feel incentivized and rewarded as the chain grows.
- **Optimized Earnings Structure**: Each participant earns a base reward of 2% per linked NFT, ensuring faster break-even points for all. Additionally, participants earn guaranteed minimum rewards from previous links, guaranteeing overall profitability as the chain progresses.
