Time Travel Point of Reference Theory
If time travel to the past ever becomes possible in the future, the probability that we have a time traveler among us increasingly approaches 100%.

If time travel to the past ever becomes possible in the future, the probability that we have a time traveler among us increasingly approaches 100%.
Here's why:
- **Large number of potential travelers:** The pool of possible time travelers from the future can continue to grow. Time travelers could come from any point in the future, even thousands or millions of years from now, giving ample opportunity for many travelers to come to the same point in the past. Imagine, time tourism.
- **Large number of potential destinations:** Time travelers wouldn't all choose the same destination. They'd likely spread out across history, increasing the chances that some would visit our time or earlier. It's human nature to love exploring unchartered territory. If a time has never been traveled to before, chances are adventurous humans would be trying to go there.
- **Large number of potential trips:** Time travel doesn't have to be a one-time event, time travel could potentially be attempted multiple times by a single individual.
But why haven't we met a time traveler before? Maybe it never exists in the future? Maybe it exists in the future, but not to our timeframe? Or maybe travelers have managed to stay secret for some important reason...
In this Journey, I would like to explore all of these questions and I invite anyone who is interested in time traveling or has ideas to join.
# Point of Reference Theory
In the case that time travel exists in the future, but not possible to our timeframe, I believe this could be because a point of reference in space could limit how far back one could travel.
If time travel is tied to specific locations in space, then you can't just jump back to any point in time without a corresponding location. If this point of reference hasn't been constructed yet, this would explain why travelers from the future haven't come this far yet.
**Summary of Socra: "Time Traveling Theory"**
In the Socra titled "Time Traveling Theory," Eduarda Ferreira explores the intriguing concept of time travel and its implications for our understanding of history and technology. The theory posits that if time travel to the past were ever possible, the probability of time travelers from the future visiting our present or earlier would approach 100%. This is supported by a large pool of potential travelers, the extended timeframe for future technology development, multiple destinations throughout history, and the repeatability of time travel attempts.
However, the absence of reported time travelers raises questions. Eduarda suggests that time travel may be limited by a specific point of reference in space, meaning that without a constructed location, time travelers from the future may be unable to reach our time. This theory invites further exploration into the complexities of time travel, its limitations, and its potential impact on our understanding of the future and history itself.
