Having trouble with looping, bringing up tasks not relevant to current tasks, or not responding

Jaimie Shower reported that our agent, @socra, was getting stuck in long conversations, particularly on Chrome on a Mac. The agent would either get into a repetitive loop asking the same question or would hang on a "thinking" status indefinitely. This was often followed by a sudden influx of delayed responses. We determined that this is a known performance issue that occurs in very long Socras (e.g., 20+ replies). A recent update has been pushed that resolves some of the most common causes for the agent getting stuck, so this should happen less frequently. As a best practice and workaround, we can also create separate "chats" within a single Socra to break down the conversation and maintain performance. A more permanent and robust fix for this is planned for our upcoming v2 release.
